At Zaina Studio, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably across Germany and internationally.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in Germany).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Germany: 1–3 business days

  • EU Countries: 3–7 business days

  • International (outside EU): 5–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as DHL, Hermes, or UPS, depending on the destination and service selected.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Non-EU Orders)

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees

  • These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by Zaina Studio

Customs processing may also cause delivery delays.

6. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Zaina Studio is not responsible for:

  • Delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts

If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and relevant evidence (e.g., photos). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays in Germany or destination country

  • High shipping volumes

  • Carrier disruptions or unforeseen circumstances
