Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Zaina Studio, we aim to provide flexibility and transparency for all customers who choose recurring or subscription-based purchase options.

1. Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription or recurring purchase at any time. To cancel:

  • Log in to your account on zainastudio.com, or

  • Contact our support team at least 24–48 hours before your next billing date

Once canceled, you will not be charged for future orders.

2. Cancellation Timing

  • Cancellations must be made before the next scheduled billing cycle.

  • If a cancellation request is made after an order has already been processed or shipped, that order cannot be canceled, but may be eligible for return (see Return Policy).

3. Refund Policy

  • Subscription fees already processed are non-refundable once the order has been fulfilled or shipped.

  • If you were charged in error, please contact us immediately for review.

4. Modifying Your Subscription

You can update your subscription at any time, including:

  • Changing delivery frequency

  • Updating products

  • Skipping an upcoming order

These changes must also be made before the next billing date.

5. Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account and payment information. Zaina Studio is not responsible for charges incurred due to outdated or incorrect details.
